Trans-Textil’s<\/a>\u00a0work as a functional fabric specialist involves the development and production of sophisticated textile systems for use in VAP\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0membrane-assisted low pressure infiltration. Our VAP\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0membrane systems \u2013 the central component in the VAP\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0approach \u2013 are continuously adapted and optimized according to differing process variables and practical requirements, whereby our broad portfolio of semi-permeable barrier layers, the choice of a suitable textile carrier and precise production control enables us to develop flexible solutions tailored to the resin system and process variants involved. OEKO-TEX certificate confirms human ecology safety<\/h3>\n

With the certification of VAP\u00ae<\/sup> products \u201cMade in Germany\u201d to the latest criteria of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX, Trans-Textil and Composyst once again demonstrate the high environmental standard of their vacuum infusion products. In the manufacture of our patented\u00a0<\/span>semi-permeable functional product CS\/E, 3D ready-mades, multi-layer systems and flow media we intentionally avoid the use of polluting substances. Free of substances classified as hazardous, the products ensure a high level of process performance in the VAP\u00ae<\/sup> technology combined with occupational safety as well as the lowest emissions during production and use.<\/p>\n

The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX is an international, independent testing and certification system for textile products. It certifies the human ecology safety as well as the conformity with all currently valid limit values in part far beyond the legal requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
